Booking it was fine overall, but then these extra fees popped up later, which was kind of annoying. It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, I just wish they made all that pricing stuff more obvious upfront.

I had to reach out to Generator Hostels about changing a booking, and they did get back to me in the end, just not as quickly as I was hoping haha.
The staff were nice and answered what I needed, but I found myself checking my email a bunch while waiting, which got a little annoying.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the smoothest. For simple questions it’s probably fine, but I’d definitely appreciate quicker replies next time.

I stayed here for a couple of nights, and from what I remember, it was perfectly fine for just sleeping, but not somewhere I’d call especially comfortable. The bed felt a little on the hard side, and once I had my bags in the room, it seemed cramped. It was clean enough and I don’t remember much noise, so that was a plus. For the price, it was okay, but looking back, I think I was hoping for a bit more comfort.

I booked a bed through Generator Hostels i was a little nervous at first because I always worry I’m going to miss some hidden fee or get fooled by a vague booking site. But it was actually straightforward. The prices seemed clear, and the confirmation came through quickly. I did have to poke around for a minute to find a couple of details, but nothing major. Overall, no real issues

The wifi was solid most nights, honestly. I mean, not much to say beyond that... it worked when I needed it to, which was nice.
